Latin America offers excellent infrastructure in terms of hospitality for the millions of tourists who visit there every year from all over the world. There are all kinds of hotels and accommodations available in each country of Latin America.

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA
Micro Centro area of Buenos Aires is the central business district. So many new 3-star and 4-star business hotels are located in this area. More luxury hotels are located in the Recoleta area, which is more up-market in terms of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
BELIZE
This beautiful island offers a wide variety of hotel options for the traveler, starting from simple sea-side cabanas to jungle lodges and superior hotels. Christmas and Easter are the peak seasons, but normally one can get a room. Many of the cays have specialty hotels on offer for the adventure tourists.
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL
The finest and the most opulent hotels of Rio are located on the coastline, on lovely beach areas. Summer months of December to March is the peak season, and advance reservations are important. At the time of Carnival also all rooms are full, and bookings must be made well in advance.
SAO PAULO, BRAZIL
This vast city offers all kinds of hotels from very cheap ones in the downtown area, to superior five star hotels that are located all through the city. Reasonably good accommodations at affordable prices can be found in popular areas such as Paulista, Jardins, and Avenida Engenheiro Luis Berrini.
ECUADOR
Hotels in Ecuador range from luxury hotels in Quito and Guayaquil, to the no-frills basic accommodations throughout the country. “Hosterias” are decent inns that offer middle range of accommodations to suit any budget. Generally, the accommodations are cheaper in comparison to their American or European counterparts.
COLOMBIA
If you prefer good quality accommodations, the tourist is recommended to choose only top branded hotels. The quality of accommodations is quite ordinary or poor in the midrange or cheap range budgets.
SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA
A wide range of hotels is available in San Jose. The hotels in the busy downtown area provide a good view of the city, but the noise of traffic may cause disturbance to some. For accommodations in reasonable budget, some of the old mansions re-converted into mansions offer very nice lodging.
CANCUN, MEXICO
An extremely wide variety of hotels is available at this high tourist traffic destination. Approximately 30,000 rooms are available that range from luxury resorts to multi-storey hotels to basic boarding and lodging. Time-sharing schemes, condominiums and all-inclusive package resorts are common in Cancun.
CARACAS, VENEZUELA
The finest hotels are located on the east side, while the west side accommodations are in cheaper class and not so safe and secure. If safety is a high concern for you, then only a 4-star or 5-star accommodation on the east side is recommended. Weekends should be preferable for tourists because on weekdays there are a lot of business travelers. So the weekend rates can be sometimes cheaper than the weekday rates, which suits the tourists ideally.
