There are so many music magazines and webzines in the web that it's so difficult to pick out which one are actually worth spending your time on. However' after a considerable amount of research' I've come up with the following' which you won't regret reading!

Blender

Blender is a music mag which truly pays tribute to the greatness of music in all its forms' from the modern heavy metal to hip – hop' from rock to R&B. It does so with a sense of enthusiasm which a lot of other corporate magazines are unable to match. It has the ability to be authoritative' fun and very useful without breaking a sweat!

Q

This is a must – have for all music enthusiasts. The Q Magazine is one of those few magazines that give you access to interviews with the biggest names in the industry' from The Libertines to Led Zeppelin. Wondering as to whether their newest album is worth listening to? Hand the job over to Q Review' which has a proven track record of being on – the – money. Want to keep your iPod up to date? Then you better keep your eyes on the Q50' which gives you a list of the must-listen tracks every month.

Stereophile

Stereophile is quite an old timer' being founded in 1962 and is the most widely circulated magazine. It exclusively has a look at high – performance audio items and how they perform. Every single issue has about 10 – 15 reports on the big – time audio stuff' even including a comparison with industry – benchmarks to see how they fare in comparison.

Green Man Review

Focusing on music “in all its aspects from the truly trad to the latest innovations” is what Green Man Review's webzine' operating from Portland' Oregon specializes in. The Green Man reviews CDs and live performances. RootsWorld

Cliff Furnald started off CDRoots' a website which specializes in selling music which would' otherwise' be impossible to obtain in the US!
