This discipline must not be imposed without explaining the positive points of using identical clothes or whichever the rules imposed in the boarding school. They must not have anger or rejection bottled up within them towards any rule in the school. They must accept these by their own willingness. Otherwise' the discipline they receive will be only for a short period and they would return to the same habits as before.

We have to accept that boarding schools should not be too strict. However' they should not be too lenient too. This balance is very important to discipline troubled teens. Strict rules can lead to more stubbornness' while leniency may tempt them to take unwanted advantages. Therefore' students must receive the mediocre way of discipline and imposing rules within the boarding school. Thus' a service of a counselor is very important.
