Five Natural Skin Care Tips for Beautiful Skin

The first thing one notices in a person is the face. Everyone tries to look beautiful and today’s women are that much more conscious than a generation ago. A healthy, glowing, beautiful skin gives the added confidence one needs. The different types of beauty products with chemical ingredients that are used can be harmful to the skin. A natural ingredients based products are safe and also more effective.  It does not require a separate monthly allowance to maintain your skin, but consistent routines that help to maintain a beautiful skin is all one needs. If you do not follow good skin care procedures, you are likely to suffer with pimples, early aging, acne, patches, wrinkles and skin rashes.

 

Five Natural Skin Care Tips for Beautiful Skin are as follows:

 

1. Identify the type of your skin and accordingly cleanse it twice a day with a natural cleanser. If you do not cleanse your skin regularly, the pores will be clogged resulting in acne and pimples. Do not use harsh chemicals and instead go for products made with natural ingredients or make it yourself. Do not stop at that, exfoliating, toning and moisturizing are all equally important.  Always rinse with lukewarm water and not hot water as this will damage the skin.

2. Over exposure to the sun can damage your skin therefore avoid the sun and if you must go out do so only if it is absolutely necessary or go out either early in the day or when the sun is not very hot. Avoid using chemically based sunscreen which may have other after adverse effects

3. A healthy diet of fish, (such as salmon, sardines and tuna which contains omega 3), chicken, milk and milk products, grains, beans, fiber rich foods, vegetables, greens, fruits all of which consists of an adequate amount of proteins, fibers, carbohydrates, vitamins especially A, B complex, C and E and minerals as well as a sufficient quantity of water, at least 8 glasses a day will make the skin look healthy. These are natural moisturizers. Water removes harmful toxins from the body. Fresh fruit or vegetable juice is also very good for a healthy skin.

4. Stay away from sugar, saturated fats, fried foods, flour etc. This means no fast food, junk food, carbonated beverages, alcoholic beverages and no smoking. All this  can change the skin texture and can aggravate acne problems and cause even worse problems such as wrinkles.

5. Exercise regularly not only for physical fitness but also for the health of your skin. Walking, cycling, swimming and aerobics are ideal to promote a natural glow to your skin as these exercises will increase the blood flow and supply of oxygen to the skin. If you do not want to go out use a treadmill at home.
