You can work hard maintain a healthy skin with all Natural Skin Care products. Using chemical cosmetic products  will eventually be more harmful while natural based products are harmless. Equally important is to adhere to the simple essential things that ensures all Natural Skin Care.

 

Water is an essential element to maintaining a good skin. It flushes out toxins from the body which can otherwise build up and escape through skin pores which causes acne. It is recommended that 6 to 8 glasses of water be taken for a day. The water you consume can have impurities such as microorganism, chlorine, metals and fluoride. The water quality can be improved by using a filter. Drink water which is either warm or at room temperature. Herb based tea can help hydrate the skin while contributing towards the daily requirement of vitamins.

 

Healthy diet is an important component for all Natural Skin Care. The simplest way to find out what is best to maintain a healthy balanced diet which will give optimal nutrition to the skin is by eating a well balanced diet consisting of vitamins, minerals, fibers, which are found in vegetables, fruits, dairy products (non-fat or low-fat), green vegetables, low fat or lean meats, poultry and fish such as salmon which is rich in omega 3 etc, nuts, mixed fruit etc. Essential fats are important to those who have eczema and acne as well as dry skin. Eat organic food to avoid pesticides and hormones. Unprocessed foods are important and fast food is a taboo. Whole grain products are the best.<

 

It is equally important to avoid food that worsens a skin condition such as greasy food, chocolate, soft drinks etc. Avoid excess of sugar which is considered to be one of the main causes of premature aging. Excess of sugar over a period of time can result in glycation, which will eventually cause damaged collagen in skin, cartilage and ligaments which causes a loss of elasticity resulting in formation of wrinkles and sagging of the skin.

Water and a healthy diet alone is not going to help you. Equally important is to exercise regularly as it enhances blood circulation and tones the muscles which is necessary to maintain healthy skin free from toxic material.

Sleep is essential to catch up with cell regeneration and tissue repairs which is not optimized when one is awake. When there is no proper sleep the skin becomes  dried up and scaly.

Another important factor is to keep a clean skin. A daily shower, clean clothes, clean bedding can protect the skin from microbes and insects.

 

Stress is another factor that can affect the skin and therefore coping with stressful situations are important to all Natural Skin Care.

Out door activities is very healthy but prolonged exposure to the sun is damaging to the skin.
