A fiction book is based on events that did not take place in real life. It can be based on some real life activity, but is a story made up by the author using their imagination. Non fiction books on the other hand are taken directly from real life and the person in the story is a person from th real world.

If the books are the single tree in a garden, the fictions are its flowers. The people can live in different world they like, even for a short time by reading a fiction. The easiest way of making oneself addicted to reading is to start with reading fictions.
