Sanyo the leading giant in electronic, is a company incorporated in Japan in 1950 and a member of the Fortune 500. In November 2008, Sanyo and Panasonic announced that they had agreed on a proposed buyout that would make Sanyo a subsidiary of Panasonic.

Panasonic Corporation based in Kadoma Japan was founded in 1918 under the Matsushita Electric Industrial Company and became the largeest electronic producer which manufactures electronics under the brand name of Panasonic and Technics. Forbes Global 500 ranked Panasonic as the 59th largest company in the world.

In 1927 the company adopted a brand name called National for a new lamp product. In 1955 for the first time it used its Panasonic global brand name to export audio speakers and in 1965 it started branding their products under Technics. The company unified its brands to Panasonic and by March 2004 replaced National for products and outdoor signboards, except for those in Japan. The company announced the change of their name to Panasonic Corporation with effect from October 1, 2008.

The Hewlett-Packard Company, known as HP is a technology corporation based in United States. It is the largest technology company in the world and operated in almost every country in the world.

HP specializes in developing and manufacturing, software and services and storage and networking hardware. Major products marketed are personal computing devices, enterprise servers and storage devise, printers and other imaging products.
