When buying a computer the first and foremost thing you need to do and need to know is why you are buying the computer. There are many reasons why an individual will buy a computer. If you are planning to do a bit of graphics and animation then you have to buy a very good computer. You will need a RAM and a hard disk which has a very big capacity. You will need a very good graphics card, good speakers, mouse and keyboard. A very good mother board with a high FSB rate (FSB is the rate at which the mother board communicates with the cards), a good UPS (preferably with a built in stabilizer) and a very fast processor.

If you are buying a computer to play games, then again you will have to buy a high end computer. Most of the computer games that come out now require the best computers in the market. So if you buy any computer with less than the required requirements then most probably you will not be able to play the game on your computer.

So as you can see buying a computer is no joke. There are many things you need to consider and know before you go and buy a computer. If you are not an expert in computer equipment then it is advisable that before you buy the computer you ask someone who will know what exactly you will need in the computer. Buying a computer is an excellent choice provided that you know what you're doing and what you need.
