B.F. Day Elementary School is a Seattle public school that has been in existence since the year 1892 when the property was given to the Seattle School District. With a valuable heritage and history to preserve the school has also been categorized as an ‘arts-rich’ institution owing to its focus of activity over the years and its close association with the Fremont Arts Council. The P.T.A plays a vital role in important fund raising efforts for the school that included an Auction, Family Picnic and a Village Project that drew large crowds. |
