The San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers is definitely not for every teenager, but if your teen is interested in natural things, they may enjoy it. Plus, it’s in the midst of the Golden Gate Park, so it’s a great place to go for a picnic lunch or to just read a book out on the lawn.

It can be a fun place for older teens to hang out with their friends, or you can go back-to-school shopping together. The outdoor courtyard often plays host to street performers that can be fun and amazing to watch, and The Cannery often puts on free music, comedy, and other entertainment events for guests to enjoy.
