Never hesitate to get expert assistance if you are disturbed to a level where you realize you are crying for no reason, loosing your temper frequently, feel empty, or feel like giving up on everything you do. Troubled sleep, frequent headaches, stomach problems can also be symptoms of stress.
To live an emotionally fit life, always stay in touch with your friends and family, whom you like spending time with. Loneliness is bad for good mental health.
