Welcome To Portland Festivals
One of the premier Portland festivals is the ‘Portland Rose Festival’. Held annually during the month of June, this festival includes attractions like ‘Fleet Week’ which showcases boats from the United States Navy, United States Coast Guard, United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Royal Canadian Navy. In addition, this festival also features a Champ Car race, dragonboat races, a fireworks show, carnival rides and much more. Another popular Portland festival is the ‘Time-Based Art Festival’ which showcases new trends and innovations of the performing arts field.
