An Interview with Dr. L. Robey Crowe on Invisalign

Dr. L. Robey Crowe is a dentist and has answered some of the common questions Bizymoms visitors have about Invisalign.

Q. What is an invisalign?

A. Invisible mouthpieces that move or shift teeth to a more attractive position.

Q. How does invisalign work?

A. By wearing a clear mouth piece that covers all of the upper or lower teeth. Every two weeks up to two months new clear mouth pieces are made to replace the older one thus apply more pressure to shift or move the teeth to a more attractive position. This may take from 2 months to 1 year.

Q. What are the primary benefits of invisalign?

A. Just to improve the appearance of the front teeth upper and lower.

Q. How long does invisalign treatment take?

A. From 2 months up to 1 year or more depending how much movement is needed.

Q. How much does invisalign cost?

A. Up to $2000

Q. Who uses invisalign?

A. People that want their upper and lower front teeth to look better but don’t  want to wear the fixed traditional orthodontic brackets on their teeth.

Q. Are there certain dental conditions that automatically exclude someone from being an eligible patient?

A. The only dental conditions that exclude patients from treatment with invisible mouth pieces is if there is too much movement of teeth needed.

Q. How to contact Dr.  Crowe if we have further questions?

A. drcrowe@owensborfamilydentistry.com or (270)926-0190 or (888)926-0190
