Personal Injury Attorney in Orlando - An Interview with Nathan P.Carter

Q. Tell us about yourself and your practice.

A. I have been representing individuals and families all over Florida for 15 years.  I have never represented an insurnace company or corporation.  I am and AV-rated attorney and all of my partners are as well.  Our results and qualifications are found on our website www.TheFloridaFirm.com

Q. If a mom asked you to tell us what does personal injury mean what would you say?

A. It basically means when someone is hurt through no fault of their own by someone else' s negligent conduct.

Q. People have accidents every day what separates a simple accident from one where a person should seek your   firm’ s assistance?

A. If someone has minor bumps and bruises it may not be worth hiring an attorney.  If they need to treat with a doctor or have permanent injuries, it is definitely in their best interest to get a lawyer.  The insurance companies are only out to  save money.

Q. Many people have never called a lawyer before. What should they expect when they call your office?  Put people at ease…

  A. All of our lawyers are real people who  have children, live in the community, go to church locally and are  active in local youth sports charities etc.    We pride ourselves on being real, open and honest.  We tell clients the truth in plain english.  I think most people are put at ease within a few minutes of talking with us.

Q. Do you offer free initial consultations?

A. Yes.  And we do not charge anything until we win the case or settlement.

 Q. What is the process to file a personal injury lawsuit?

  A. All you have to do is call us for a free consultation and we can handle the rest, if we feel you have a good case.
