Hair textures vary from dry to oily and straight to curly. All natural hair care is the best way to take care of all types of textures.

Curly hair requires more moisture than any other type of hair, as it is usually dry in texture. Deep conditioning at least once a week will bring out beauty and luster in the hair. However, any conditioner that you can lay your hands on will not help your cause. It is important to use a conditioner that is specific to the hair quality. Also use products that are safe. Hair products that are made of natural ingredients are undoubtedly the safest and the most effective.

The following home made natural conditioners which are easy to make and are inexpensive, are ideal for dry and curly hair.

1. Mix 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise with the pulp of half an avocado. Massage into the hair and scalp and cover with a hot, damp towel around the head. Rinse with warm water after 20 minutes.

2. Mix the pulp of avocado with coconut milk and make a thick paste. Start applying from the hair ends to the scalp. Rinse and shampoo after 15 minutes.

3. Combine 2 tea spoons of jojoba oil and 1 tea spoon of soy bean oil. Heat the mixture on a low heat. Massage this mixture into the hair and wrap with a hot towel. Rinse and shampoo after 15 minutes.

4. Mix half a cup of dried rosemary leaves with half a cup of soybean oil and heat until warm. Strain the mixture and apply from the end of the hair. Rinse and shampoo after 20 minutes.

There are many ingredients lying around in your kitchen cupboards which can be applied to your oily hair to take away the greasiness. Homemade remedies for oily hair which are easy to make and inexpensive, are given below.

1. Mix equal portions of olive oil and honey, and massage into your scalp. Do not rub this mixture onto the hair strands. Thereafter, wrap a warm towel around your head for approximately 40 minutes. Rinse and wash with a mild all natural shampoo. This is nutritious for the hair roots.

2. A combination of tea and lemon juice will reduce the greasiness in oily hair.

3. Use honey and lemon juice as the final rinse after a shampoo, for dull hair to shine.

Whatever the hair problem is, avoid medicated hair products as they may just make your problems worse, or even create problems where there are none. If you want to take good care of your hair, stick to natural ingredients in the natural or processed form.
