Q. What is the long-term follow-up schedule?
A. Patient is expected to follow up with me every two to three months for the first year, and then in an annual basis.

A. It’s an adjustable Silicon Band that basically slows the passage of food from upper part of the stomach to the lower part, therefore resulting in smaller food portions and therefore lower daily calorie intake.

A. In cases of morbid obesity, when it’s a health risk, it is covered by PPO insurances.
