This berry drink is so smooth your kids and their friends will ask for it over and over again! It’s also packed with fruit and soy protein making it a truly healthy alternative to other cold treats like ice cream or popsicles…but that can be our little secret.
Soy-to-the-World Smoothies
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup cherries, pitted
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup vanilla soy yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Additional diced fruit for garnish (optional)
Let’s Start Blending!
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve with an extra sprinkling of fresh fruit on top, if desired.
