Pretty Pink Cream Cheese Strawberries Back to Home

Makes 12

Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1-2 drops red food coloring
12 strawberries, tops and bottoms slightly trimmed
2 tablespoons multi -colored sprinkles

Let’s Start Filling the berries!

1. Combine cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and food coloring in a small mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer beat cream cheese 2-3 minutes until is light and fluffy.

2. Use a small melon- baller to scoop out tops of each strawberry. Fill a small zipper close plastic bag with the cream cheese mixture. Cut a small snip- off one lower corner of the bag. Squeeze air out of bag and securely seal shut.

3. Generously squirt the filling into the hole of every strawberry making a swirl to finish it off.

4. Decorate with sprinkles and serve immediately. May be stored covered up to 4 hours. If storing, decorate with sprinkles right before serving.

Mother’s Day Spa Beauty Bath Jelly

1 Tablespoon (1 packet) unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup baby shampoo, unscented
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Assorted Food Colorings
4- 6 drops fragrant oil, such as pineapple mango or Hawaiian flowers

Let’s Start Gelling!

1. Empty the packet of gelatin into a small bowl. Set aside. Carefully add boiling to mixing bowl with the gelatin powder. Stir slowly until gelatin dissolves completely.

2. Add baby shampoo to the gelatin mixture. Add 2-3 drops of food coloring of choice into the mixture along with fragrance oil. Mix slowly to keep bubbles from frothing.

3. Pour the mix into a Mason or Bell jar. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours to chill and solidify.

4. Use a spoon to scoop out 2-3 tablespoons per bath. Add to running water.

Keep the peanut butter away from this jelly!
