Tutty Fruity Breakfast Cups Back to Home

These little fruit cups are popular and delicious. Not only are they a colorful and nutritious breakfast, but they would also be a fun afternoon snack to make when friends come over to play.

Tutty Fruity Breakfast Cups
Makes 2  (One whole fruit = 2 fruit cup servings)

Ingredients

1 large apple, cut in half
1 cup assorted fruits - Blueberries, strawberries, banana slices, dried cranberries cherries, raisins, etc.
1 8-ounce container low fat vanilla or fruit yogurt
½ cup granola
Honey

Let’s Start Creating!

1. Cut a small slice from the bottom of each apple half to allow it to sit flat on the serving plate.

2. Using a small melon-baller or teaspoon, scoop out some of the fruit inside to allow room for the filling and topping. Save the “scooped-out” fruit to use on top of yogurt.

3. Fill each apple half with equal amounts of yogurt and sprinkle with your choice of assorted fruits.

4. Top with granola and drizzle with honey.
