Greetings to all moms who have joined the Jackson TV forum. Our discussion forum opens doors to all keen TV viewers in Jackson to talk about the latest, hottest and their most loved TV program.
I hope by now all of you know that Patrick Swayze died on Monday, September 14th at the age of 57. You will also remember him for his much loved characters in “Dirty Dancing,” and “Ghost.” Even though he was suffering from pancreatic cancer he still fought until the end while performing strenuous stunts during his A&E TV series. All in all, year 2009 seems to be a bad year for the Hollywood stars.
Congratulations to American Idol, the most wanted TV show in Jackson, for getting three awards at the 2009 Creative Arts Emmy Awards. It was announced that the show won awards for the Outstanding Art Direction for Variety, Music or Nonfiction Programming, Outstanding Lighting Direction (Electronic, Multi-Camera) for Variety, Music or Comedy Programming and Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video Control for a Series.
