1. Army of Two (aka Ao2)
Released in March this year, Ao2 is a third - person shooter game, focusing on the lives of 2 mercenaries who 'fight through war, political turmoil, and a conspiracy so vast it threatens the entire world', in a time - frame which spans between 1993 and 2009. What's so special about this game is the fact that there has to be some really good teamwork in order to accomplish objectives. The objectives have been designed in such a way that you can't achieve it without your partner. 2. Grand Theft Auto IV (aka GTA IV)

It claimed the highest ever rating on popular Game review site, Metacritic. The game follows the travails of a war veteran from Eastern Europe, who comes to the US in search of the 'American Dream', but gets entangled with underworld gangs, crimes and corruption. The game features the usual driving and third-person shooting, as well as the open-world style of game.

3. Guitar Hero: Aerosmith
For those of you who still love Aerosmith's classics, here's a game which you're bound to fall in love with. Released in June this year, the basic gameplay is the same like other 'Guitar Hero' games, where you use a guitar-like controller to play the notes which appear on the screen. All the songs are either by Aerosmith, or by bands that have influenced or opened for them. 4. NHL 09
The 19th installment in the NHL series released by EA, this one's for all you hockey fans out there, and has come with a load of new features. You can control how your team goes from your own zone into your opponent's zone, and you can block passes and raise an opponent's stick just before he receives a pass. You can also 'Flip Dump' (flip the puck up in the air in any direction), 'Protect Puck' (allows you to protect the puck with your body). Gary Thorne and Bill Clement return for commentary positions in the game.

5. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09
This is the latest installment in the series, and has an array of players, including Tiger Woods himself, Ian Poulter, John Daly, Adam Scott, Mike Weir, Paula Creamer, Natalie Gulbis. The game also has a facility where the skill levels change through the game depending on how well you are playing, so that the game doesn't become too easy or too hard!
