The Yogen Früz franchise system is based on years of experience in retail operations and franchising. We will provide you with a complete turn-key solution which includes the following:
Location – Usually Yogen Früz will select the location and negotiate the lease. If you already have your own location, we will provide you with our opinion as to its suitability.
Training – Training Program will be provided at our Head Office for approximately 1 week and at the store level for approximately 1 week.
Design, Layout and Construction – We will assist you in the planning, the layout and the construction of your Yogen Früz outlet. The franchisee is given a turn-key set up. You will be responsible for all costs of construction and equipment.
Trademarks – As a franchisee you will be entitled to the use of the Yogen Früz name and registered trademarks in connection with the operation of your unit.
Store Set-Up and Opening Assistance – One of our field representatives will assist you in setting up your shop. You will receive one week of training at our training centre. This will be followed by the field representative spending one week at your shop to ensure a smooth “Grand Opening”.
Recipes – Yogen Früz franchisees will be provided with all the necessary recipes to properly operate your business.
On-Going Assistance – A field representative will visit your outlet regularly to offer assistance and review your operation. The franchisee is always free to call our Head Office if he/she requires any assistance.
Purchasing – As a franchisee we will assist you in the purchasing of supplies. You will be given a list of “Authorized Suppliers”. The franchisee will benefit from the purchasing power of Yogen Früz.
Manuals – We will provide you with the Operations Manual. This Manual is a complete guide for the day-to-day operation of the business, as well as the reference for policies and procedures employed by the Company. |
