Open House with Style is a company that assists real estate professionals create more exposure for their listings by coordinating small business owners from the area into the property that is for sale or lease, for a trade show/networking event.

I was in the mortgage industry for over 12 years, and owned my own company for 7 of those years. When things started slowing down in the real estate market, I saw the need for some "out of the box" thinking in assisting real estate professionals to get more exposure for their listings. Add onto that the struggling economy, and the need for small business owners to promote themselves without having to spend a lot of money.

This company combines everyone's efforts in creating an event where everyone wins. I have created a highly organized, forward thinking system that melds the worlds of real estate and small business and creates results that would cost hundreds of dollars more in advertising dollars using the traditional way of marketing.

Interest / Skills

A franchise owner must be an Achiever type personality. They must love making things happen, connecting people, and understand the value of relationship in business. They must have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle lots of things going on at the same time. They must have excellent phone skills, and know how to close a deal. High energy is good, because they will be doing a lot of networking in the business community.

Selling Methods

A franchise owner will be doing a myriad of things to promote events: Phone calling, face to face networking, using social networking sites, cross marketing, etc.
