1. How did Business Advisers International become a raving success in
such a short time?
BAI and our unique AdviCoach Approach works with small to mid sized business owners in a Coaching/Discovery environment that provides education and solutions geared toward what 95% of business currently have challenges. Today 98% of businesses in the US are under 100 employees and 45% of all new businesses fail within the first 24 months. We help business owners discover areas that are most likely placing their business and risk and facilitate solutions in five core areas of business.
2. What are the services offered by BAI?
Our Rapid Impact Solutions are focused on five core areas of business:
- Executive and Employee Coaching
- Human Capital Support (Selection and Retention and Skill based training)
- Business and Marketing Plans
- Sales Support and Management
- Financial Management
3. What sort of training is offered to your BAI AdviCoaches?
Training is not a one time event, but an on-going process. We start with Pre-Training geared toward activities that need to be accomplished for the successful launch of a BAI practice. Our AdviCoaches attend an 8 day Phase 1 Academy where they learn systems and skills designed for marketing and servicing our BAI Clients. They are supported by a Regional Developer who works closely with them during their 26 week jump start program which is a step by step program that outlines all the activities that will be taking place over the first six months of business.
After 100 days AdviCoaches attend a 5 day Phase 2 Academy. This is geared toward fine tuning business development skills and business services.
4. Would BAI be a great franchise opportunity for a woman who is looking to be her own boss?
BAI provides flexibility for women with a work at home or off site office environment. BAI provides support to our women franchisees through a organization called WEBB (Women Empowered By Business) that offers support and resources to women business owners. Women owned business is the fastest growing sector for new business and BAI offers an outstanding platform of services to support this growth.
5. What in your idea is a great formula to succeed in franchising?
Leveraging a successful proven business model and having a passion for what you do. Helping people succeed in business by providing coaching and guiding them to solutions that will rapidly impact their results is a formula for success.
6. What are your plans of growth for BAI?
We currently have ten Regional Developers committed to growing to over 500 units over the next five years nationally and internationally.
7. What motivates you?
Seeing others succeed both personally and professionally and being able to provide the right resources to help them is the best motivator of all.
8. Your encouragement for our mompreneurs?
As a mother of two (one high school, one kindergarten) the best encouragement I can give you is to take control of your own financial destiny, give yourself the flexibility for a healthy work and home life balance, and position yourself to help other mompreneurs as a coach, mentor or resource in business or as a support system.
