I'm sure that you don't go around just gulping down or using whatever liquids that you can get your hands on. However, here are a couple of precautionary measures or things you should know before you drink something:

1. Never drink any water from the sinks of hotels, restaurants and public restrooms. Generally, this water is only good for cleaning your hands.
