Steven Hall was born in the north east of England, South Shields. He began his interest in fitness at a very young age. Being a very active child he began playing sports at the age of 5 when he began playing rugby, soccer, cricket and many other sports. He was 13yrs old when he was introduced to boxing. While in England he had many successes - winning multiple tournaments and achieving a name for himself as an amateur boxer in the United Kingdom. He also coached many teams and boxers.
He came to America in 2004 to work in mechanical engineering. He took a year off from boxing and then decided to pursue his boxing career again. While in the states, Steven was awarded the 2006 Golden Gloves Novice Champion, 2006 ABF Champion and was a 2007 Golden Gloves Finalist, and is now a professional boxer. Soon after - began his personal training efforts.
Certified as a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) trainer, Steven has combined his expertise in boxing and overall fitness strategies to offer a variety of techniques in his training regimens. He has worked in health clubs and studios and now runs his own personal training business (Brit Fit) from the clients own home.
