Denise Willms Profile Denise Willms became a published author at the age of eight when she wrote and illustrated a series of fairy tales for her third grade classmates.
Her desire to help others feel the same satisfaction at seeing their ideas in print and in the hands of their audiences has taken her down many paths over the years. She majored in English at the University of Lethbridge and taught elementary school students the fundamentals of reading and writing. She later wrote technical manuals and internal communiques for international corporations.
When she discovered the Internet in 1996, she was instantly intrigued by the possibilities for online writing and publishing. Since 2004, Denise has helped entrepreneurs communicate their ideas through their written words, and is a Certified Article Marketing Virtual Assistant. Denise is also the co-owner of a popular niche article directory for work-at-home moms and of an award-winning article marketing community where she teaches other women entrepreneurs how to promote their businesses by writing articles and press releases.
In 2008, she compiled and published Saving Christmas: Magical Tips for Creating Lasting Christmas Memories, a collection of personal stories written by moms and brimming with encouragement and ideas to help any harried mom relax and enjoy the holiday season.
Denise is mom to two teenagers and is happily married to their dad, BJ. Cassidar Ink is named for her children: Cassidy and Darian. She and her family live in Calgary, Alberta and share their household with two dogs, two cats and two guinea pigs.
