Dr Erik Leipoldt writes about climate change, global warming, alternative energy and... disability experience of interdependence to join together apparently different areas of interest towards sustainable living. He lives in Perth, Western Australia with his wife and daughter. Australia is a vulnerable continent with high projected impacts of global warming. Erik is very aware of the vulnerability of people with disability to the social, environmental and economic effects of global warming. He has lived with quadriplegia since breaking his neck at a beach, diving into shallow water, in 1978. His book, "Euthanasia and disability experience" is instructive on the importance of recognizing ourselves as interdependent human beings, in living well.
