| Yep, sometimes mom needs a time out too. Of course, no one has to send her there – she goes quite willingly! |

We do what we have to do to make it all work smoothly between Work/Home/Children. Some days, it can get a little crazy, but at the end of the day it is all good and you feel that reward when you collect your payment and know it is all yours….not your boss!

| I do have scheduled time for me each week. I go to a gym and work out. It is the most wonderful time and I can’t imagine life without it. Saturday mornings are my “time out”. I go to a weight watchers meeting and then to the gym to work out for an hour. It’s a nice break after the hectic week of taking care of the kids.

| I try to schedule time with a girlfriend every couple of weeks, but my escape is usually an hour or two of TV or a movie in the evenings. It helps keep my mind off of everything else and to escape and let me recharge a bit. Krista McBride, AmeriPlan USA |

Smetimes I visit a friend of mine that lives about an hour away. And, sometimes I get to have a "Girl's Night Out." But, for the most part, I always have at least one child with me. My son is autistic and my daughter is still very young and whiny, so it depends on the patience level of hubby that day!
