A. It irritates the gums causing an inflammatory response in your own body.
Q. How Do You Stop Plaque Attacks?
A. You have to brush properly at least twice a day, floss at least once a day, and rinsing with an anti-bacterial rinse can be very beneficial. Regular dental check-ups are essential to remove deeper, harder build-up.

A. You should brush at least twice, and it must be the last thing that goes in your mouth before bed.
