Florida residents who have lived in this state for a continuous 12 months qualify for the William L. Boyd, IV Florida Resident Access Grant to attend a State University or a non-profit college. Eligibility criteria include that the applicants be enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program for at 12 credit hours per semester except nursing which requires only 9 credit hours and be in a undergraduate program. This grant has no requirement for pay back.
