Weight Loss Tips |

1. Dietary Control and exercise
You know, there's a lot of truth in what people say, that you better keep a tab on what you eat and make sure that you burn off the calories that you take in. It really is so easy. You don't have to read the rest of this article. It's no less than 100% true!
2. Revamp your lifestyle
If you're following a program which they call 'diet', then you're bound to put back on all that weight which you lost because diets tend to try and suppress your deepest cravings, which effectively means that you tend to over - eat. However, when changing your dietary lifestyle, you're modifying your habits with an eye on the long - term for success.
3. Be part of an online community
You should never be alone when embarking on the journey to weight loss, and you should reach out to friends, new or old. It's always nice to know that there's someone who's always willing to give you moral support, someone who may know how a weight loss program would've felt. Just keep looking, and you'll find one that you feel comfy in!
4. Have some 'before' and 'after' photos
I'm sure you've seen those TV ads for exercise machines, which show a person as being unbelievably obese once ago, and has now become really slim. That's what you should be doing, taking snaps of yourself when you're fat, and post them on flickr. That way, you'd feel embarrassed and want to cut down on the excess weight so that you can put up a more nicer picture!
5. Get into the habit of reading labels
I know, it doesn't sound too nice, but you have to do what's best for you. There's no point trying to lose weight if you don't know what's going into your stomach. Don't make any assumptions either. Make sure you check again and again the ingredients. You must take the initiative yourself, no - one's gonna do it for you. It really isn't so hard, just requires some effort.
6. Tell your family
You may be the only one who's trying to lose weight in your home, but talk about it with your family, but not all the time. Keep them informed on what you're doing and make them know that you need their support. If you don't make them aware of it, you may not be able to keep to your weight loss plan.
7. Make it public
I'm sure you may have winced when reading this, but, by admitting that you have a problem in public, you become more accountable for what you do, because everyone knew about you. You wouldn't think about backtracking or else you'd risk losing your honor. It's also a good way of knowing who went through the problem, and you'll be able to get some tips off them. Others who have your problem might be inspired to follow you!
