| Headaches and migraines |
Headaches and migraines are both considered as sicknesses. But there is a major difference between a headache and a migraine. A headache can happen to any body due to stress or bumping your head on a wall or on the simple fact that an individual had too much of alcohol (which is also known as a hangover). A migraine is a sickness where an individual will have constant and routine head pains.
A headache is simple and temporary sickness. People get headaches when they are under lots of pressure and has a larger amount of stress built up or when they hit their heads hard on a harder surface or when an individual strains his or her eyes too much or some times when an individual has eaten something bad or is suffering with gastritis. If the issue is over stress or knocking your head hard then a couple of Paracetamols and have a few of hours of sleep will make you feel much better and you will wake up fresh. If you have a sickness like gastritis then you will have to talk to your doctor about why you might be getting headaches' when you feel hungry.
Migraines are a totally different kind of sickness. Some times when you get migraines it might have nothing to do with your head at all. If you have weak eyes and get splitting headaches then what the body is asking for is for your eyes to be under less stress. All you need to do now is to get a pair of glasses. If you are always under a lot of stress and your eyes are also under a lot of stress all the time then you might get migraines. This is your body telling you that you need to take a good long vacation. The body is an amazing piece of work. It gives out so many signals in so many ways' and all you need to do is to listen to it. The body heals up pretty fast but if we take unwanted advantage of it and try to over use it' the body like any other piece of machinery will start to wear out and wither away.
A headache is a simple thing' its just the way the body reacts to too much of stress or possible damage to the head. Migraines happen when the body is in serious trouble. If you are getting constant head pains then the best thing to do is to visit a doctor. Taking care of your body is up to you. There are so many things that you can do with your body but its up to you to make sure that you do not over use it or over stress it. |
