Non-mainstream treatment
Depression is a very common psychological condition observed in today’s society. The fast paced lifestyle of today’s world has made many of us lose touch with our spirituality' resulting in a lot of unhappy' lonely' stressed and depressed individuals. Ignoring this state of mind' especially if it persists long term' will often result in serious depression disorders.

Many anti-depressant drugs have been developed over the years' where older drugs with more side effects have been replaced by newer drugs with minimal side effects. Therefore the tendency to depend on these anti-depressant drugs has increased over the years as well.

But not everybody benefits from anti-depressant drugs. Some patients experience very severe side effects' making it almost impossible for them to continue treatment. Such patients often find it extremely difficult to cope with these complications' especially as their mental status is already very weak' making it an added burden to have to deal with. Also' certain people may not benefit at all from anti-depressant drugs' as their bodies will not answer to them (The reasons for this is still baffling to many researchers).
