Claremont Events Festivals And Attractions
The Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden is a prime attraction in Claremont and is located south to the San Gabriel foothills. It is a non – profit organization which is dedicated to the native plants of California. Admission was free for 58 years. It was earlier this year that they started charging admission fees. The garden was originally started in 1927 in Orange County and then relocated itself to Claremont in 1951. There are over 70,000 native Californian plants which belong to over 2,000 native species, cultivators and hybrids. The garden even conducts graduate degrees in botany in collaboration with the Claremont Graduate University. |

Claremont TV Shows Movies News Sports And Entertainment
One of the best comedy TV shows currently airing on TV is The Office. Adapted from the UK version of the show of the same name, The Office is a mockumentary which revolves around the Scranton branch of a paper company, Dunder Mifflin. The Office documents everything that you can expect in a typical office, including a crazy boss, conflicts between employees, conflicts between departments and personal clashes. What makes this show really good is the lack of a laughing sound track and the short interviews that they have of members of the office in between the episode. The star of the show is Steve Carrell, hero of the 2005 hit, "The 40-Year Old Virgin." |
