Q. I never received my download instructions or a confirmation email? Now What?!
A: Within seconds of your order you should receive both of the above. Don't panic yet though. Sometimes, and it's rare, our credit card processing company doesn't send you back to us like they should. Please submit a help request and tell them what ebook/class you ordered, your name and the approximate time of your order and we'll forward a copy of your confirmation email and download link ASAP. Again, these are ebooks, you don't have to wait days or weeks for them, you download them right away to your computer.

Q: How do I know if I've enrolled in one of the Bizymom Online Classes?
A: You should receive a confirmation page as well as an e-mail confirmation of your class. If for some reason you don't hear from your teacher on the day classes begin, or you don't receive an e-mail confirmation please Please submit a help request.

Q: I registered to take a class, but I didn’t receive a link or anything? Did I do something wrong?
A: When you register for a class, you will not receive a link. Instead you will hear from your instructor at the start of your eClass session. You should still receive a confirmation e-mail though.

Q: How Do I Download My Ebook?
A: Once your credit card information is processed, you will see a page saying your order was processed. Below that you'll see the links to download your order IMMEDIATELY, you won't have to wait. You will also receive a link to the download page in an e-mail within seconds as well. Please download your ebooks immediately. Also, keep a back-up copy of these books on a disk. Again, these are ebooks, you will not be receiving a hard copy in the mail.

Q: I unzipped my eBook but it isn't on my desktop, what should I do?
A: Occasionally we run into a customer who has a computer which is configured differently than most, this can cause your eBook to unzip into an unexpected location. To find the eBook use one of the two methods below, either will work we simply supply both so you can use the method which is easiest for you.

Search Method:

1. Click on "Start"
2. "Find" > "Files or Folders"
3. In the "Named" box type in the name of your eBook file with a pdf extension (the name of your eBook file is the same as the file you downloaded except it will end in .pdf instead of .exe For example: if youdownloaded E-book-va1.exe, you will want to search for E-book-va1.pdf).
4. In the "Look in:" drop down menu, choose "Local Hard Drives" (there may be a drive letter or several drive letters also stated behind those words).
5. Now click on the "Find Now" button.
6. When the search is complete, double click on the eBook file in the lower portion of the screen to open your eBook.

Explorer Method:

1. Open Windows Explorer (Not Internet Explorer).
2. Double click on your C: drive in the left window.
3. In the right panel you will see the files on your C: drive, find the "Windows" folder and double click on it.
4. Inside the Windows folder find the "Desktop" folder and double click on it.
5. You should now see your eBook file inside that folder, simply double click on it toopen your eBook.

When you find your eBook file, using either method above, you should be able to right click on the file and choose "Send To" then "Desktop as a Shortcut" to get a link tot he eBook on your own Desktop.
