You will have to pay for a course in real estate' pay for obtaining of your license' invest a certain amount in stationery for administrative work' and budget for marketing and advertising your services. Starting in the real estate business is not very expensive but it does involve a certain amount of capital. You must research these essential costs and be prepared to meet them before you start.
