If you are considering starting a house cleaning franchise' you should start off by having a look at your current circumstances. There aren’t any wrong or right answers to these questions' but the manner in which you reply to them will have an impact on what you do.

How much of stamina and strength do you have? If you have a lot' then you could fit in more house cleaning jobs than someone who doesn’t have as much stamina.

What times during the week will you be free? If you have a full-time job with weekly meetings' or children with whom you should be with at particular times of the day' draw up a schedule of the times when you will be able to devote time to your house cleaning franchise. Don’t fret if you only have a couple of hours every week for the house cleaning franchise. This will be good enough to get you up and running and you will be satisfied with the income you will get.

Would you prefer to work alone or with a friend or partner? If you know someone with whom you will be able to work with' the work would be much more fun. Let Chris’ House Cleaning Business ‘beautify’ your house! Special introductory half-price!” Make sure that your name' phone number and address is also printed on the card. Adding an e-mail would be a good idea as the customer would be able to contact you 24/7. You could also print your price on the leaflet so that you will get more calls. Tell your friends and ask them to recommend you.

Now that the customers will be flowing in' how will you manage the house cleaning? What are the required tools to get you started? There are so many different answers to these questions as can be heard from people who have embarked on a house cleaning franchise. You could possibly look around on the internet or even go to a library or a bookstore and get hold of some books on cleaning. You might also require a business license' which won’t cost too much.
