With the opening up of female fitness to a broader perspective' a female fitness center today is considered more than a place just to keep fit in. In the old days' it was the health fanatics and the fitness maniacs that earnestly frequented the ladies fitness facility and came away perspiring like a horse with the light of zeal in their eye!

The largely accepted theory that skin' hair' nails' and the brightness of the eye' become enhanced along with the toning of the muscles and firming of the shape' add value to the ‘keeping fit’ part of the this exercise' and brings the ladies in droves.

These days the fitness center doesn’t come ‘stand-alone’. However the total concept of a woman’s physical condition' well-being and fitness being closely connected to the glow on her face' is gaining increasing popularity and we may soon see the demise of these single faceted centers' giving place to those that have a more holistic approach to health' fitness and beauty.
