the first year? I feel that I should be able to share this opportunity with at least 1000 people in my first year.

Speak with the person who will be working with to make sure your goals are the same. Research the company for yourself by becoming a shopper. Share opportunity with everyone.

Has this business venture allowed you to spend more time or less time with your family? More time with family, able to do things that I wouldn't normally do.
