Why did you start it? I started my business because I've come to the realization that I need to get myself and my family living a healthier life.

What was your inspiration? My inspiration for starting this business is my mom, Mary Williams, who's physically no longer with us. She passed away 2 years ago of cancer. I never thought this could have happened to such a strong self-supportive person. She will?always be my inspiration.

How much capital in terms of resources did you invest to start up your business? I didn't have much capital at all so this was the PERFECT business. My investment was only $50 to start.

Who are your main customers? What demographic are they mostly from? My main customers are MOMS and people that want to have a longer, healthier life for their families. What most of my moms like about this business is that I offer the Whole Food Supplements and NOW GUMMIES FREE for their children. The kids are also included in a National Childrens Health Study and Research Program.

What do you feel are the basic goals that a business such as yours should reach in?the first year? The basic goals that an entrepreneur should reach within the first year is to reach out to your warm market. Family, friends, etc. Your goal is to learn more about people whom you come in contact with. Learn about their wants and needs and try to help them fulfill those needs. Almost every parent you will encounter has been dealing with child sickness, non healthy eating habits, lack of exercise. We can help change this part of their life. People love it when it's about them and NOT Us. Make the customer your TOP priority and help them better their current situation. Even in our current state of the economy - we need to stay healthier?and happier more than ever.

My top 3 tips for anyone wanting to WAH in the Health and Wellness Industry are: ?#1 Put your customers/clients needs first. ?#2 Listen and Learn about what they need to better their current situation. ?#3 Follow up and make sure what you have can benefit them. It's all about them, not us.

Has this business venture allowed you to spend more time or less time with your family? WOW!! Yes, I'm a busy mom, wife, homeschool teacher, mom of two actors in the industry. Yes, this business has allowed me time to wear many hats, as we moms do. I'm so blessed to be able to be with such a remarkable company selling a phenominal product and spending more time with my family, and they are getting healthy in the process.

What are the top three marketing strategies that you employed to achieve success for your business? My top three marketing strategies are calling my family members to let them know what I'm doing to change my current situation financially and health wise; don't take NO personally - it's all about TIMING; and finally, market yourself online via your website, BIZYmoms website, business cards, car magets, etc, etc. The list goes on and on.

What goals are next for your business? My next goal for my business is to continue making at least 3 contacts every day. Find out what my potential clients need in their life RIGHT NOW and see if my business can help them achieve that. It's all about coming together as a T.E.A.M to make it work for everyone involved.

Where do you see your business in another 10 years? This is one of the BEST questions. I see myself in 10 years living healthier with my family and going on trips to far away places that I only dreamed while maintaining happy, healthy kids. Oh, and listening to success stories of the women, men and children that I've impacted along the way.
