US hotel chains
There is no doubt that for many long years now, hotel chains branching out of the United States have been renowned for their class and quality on offer. Many of them are so popular that they have become household names. These hotel chains continue to set the trend and lead in the market place. Not only are they doing well in their industry, they also offer their guests with an unforgettable experience second to none. These hotel chains are heavenly and classy abodes. Quite simply, once you have been to one of these hotels, you will never forget that experience.

With worldwide operations they are offering continually diverse and focused products for specific markets. These great American hotel chains have become magnanimous in popularity even in the countries in which they are operating. Names like, Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt have become quite popular extensively worldwide.

Hilton Hotels
A truly global brand, Hilton Hotels and Resorts was founded by Conrad Hilton and it is presently owned by the Hilton Hotels Corporation. According to recent data, Hilton operates 533 hotels around the world. This great hotel chain is among accolades for being the first coast-to-coast hotel chain of the United States in 1943. Interestingly, the original price for an overnight stay in 1943 was around $20. One of the key and intriguing elements for its guests is the company's Hilton Honors guest loyalty program which provides facilities in terms of concessions and other benefits with airlines and car rental companies.

Hyatt
Another famous hotel chain brand from the United States is the Hyatt. Offering their guests with splendid experiences worldwide, this hotel chain has become extremely popular. The origins of this company date back to 1957 when two entrepreneurs, Hyatt R. von Dehn and Jack D. Crouch bought the Hyatt House at Los Angeles International Airport. The Hyatt hotels became famous after the chain opened the world's first atrium hotel in 1967, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, a decade after opening its first hotel. Presently, the group has expanded into operating several chains of hotels. The Hyatt Regency brand is the oldest brand in the Hyatt hotel chain, with the Grand Hyatt and Park Hyatt brands being introduced in 1980. Regarded as the largest hotel chain in the world with more than 4000 hotels in nearly 80 countries, this Phoenix based hotel chain is a pride for the United States. This hotel chain amazingly, operates more than 2000 hotels in North America alone. It is reputed for its focused marketing program where free WiFi access hotspots are placed in their hotels. Further, since the year 2002, they have created an up grade and luxury brand for properties located in Europe and Asia, named, Best Western Premier.

Ritz-Carlton
Another popular hotel chain brand from the United States is the Ritz Carlton. This brand has over 70 properties in major cities and resort destinations in 23 countries worldwide. With over 32000 employees, this brand is managed by the by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, a subsidiary of Marriott International. Ritz-Carlton headquarters are found in Chevy Chase, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D.C.
