Library Hotel
Well, the Library Hotel might not strike you as a hip hotel, but in terms of the theme, it's quite cool. This hotel in NYC has more than 6000 books and are arranged using the Dewey system. Each of the rooms have a theme which is based on the books inside the room. There are rooms themed with dinosaurs, world culture, and many more. A couple of the rooms have a cool view of Madison Avenue and come along with more than hundred of books, DVD players and bathrobes! Every guest is given free wine and cheese during every day whenever they meet at the 'Reading Room', courtesy of the hotel!
The Madonna Inn
This outrageous Inn has a totally pink and white theme, would you believe it? Every single room of the 109 available have a unique theme, and each of them are quite impressive. The available themes include antique cars, African safaris, etc. It's quite a difficult feat to get the Caveman theme, because the rock walls and waterfall shower makes for a unique experience, which makes it booked in advance all the time! If you prefer to have a couple of days there, book at least a year in advance! The rooms are equipped with all the modern facilities!
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground
After a crazy day at Disney World, come home to the peace and calmness of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. There aren't any outdoor adventures, there are still some good camping experiences. There are 'comfort stations', which allows you to cool down from the heat. Horseback riding, watercrafts, swimming pools, arcades, and petting farms are just some of the amenities available. If you don't like roughing out, this is the one for you!
Post Ranch Inn
'A playground for the soul' is what the Post Ranch Inn call themselves, and it isn't far away from the truth. If you want some peace and calm for your soul, this place definitely warrants a visit. The place has a sense of 'rustic'ness of it. The flower garden is really cool, pleasant staff, really good service, the rooms are breath taking and the view is simply marvelous. It has everything except the TV, which I'm sure you'd know why!
Old Jail Bed and Breakfast
Made from what was previously the Taylor Falls Jail (build in 1884), it gives you a real experience of what it would be like in solitary confinement. The rooms have a kitchen, bathroom and entrance. They even have a wood burning fireplace and iron bars situated on the windows, which just enhances the experience.
You get your breakfast every morning right to your door, which is what you'd expect if you were in a jail. The service is fab and the staff are nothing short of friendly. A great get - away for the family!
