Apartment hotel

Apartment hotel is type of a accommodation which uses a reservation system similar to a hotel. Apartments are usually rented out for long periods of time but in the case of Apartment Hotels it can be as short as a few days or as a long as several years. Prices are also usually less than a traditional hotel with added facilities.

Apartment hotels consist of several apartments with the facilities similar to a hotel. The apartment will be fully furnished fitted with refrigerator, stove and utensils to do the cooking and all other requirements as this would function as a a home away from home. House keeping will provide the cleaning service of the apartment at no extra cost.

The advantages are many in a apartment hotel. If the guest wishes they can use the restaurants housed in the complex or alternately if the preference is to do your own cooking and have a home cooked meal which is not possible in a traditional hotel room. Cost wise even for food it can be less expensive if the food is cooked in the apartment rather than dine in the restaurants. This is specially advantageous if a family unit is living in the apartment as cost of food will be much less expensive. Further it is more relaxing due to the availability of more space than being confined to a room or at best to a suite.

For the long term guests who prefer to stay in a apartment hotel instead of a house, they will have no need to worry about maintenance of the property as the property management is responsible for the upkeep and the maintenance with the availability of 24 hours a day security at no extra cost. Some apartment hotels may have a washing machine installed in the apartment or use of the in-house laundry in the complex is possible. Entertaining guests is much easier as the food could be either ordered to the apartment or just visit one of the restaurants that are usually housed in the building itself.

If you are overseas and is living in a apartment hotel and you are without a vehicle of your own it does not pose a big problem as there is a likelihood that there will be taxis parked in the complex itself.

Without having to maintain a beautiful garden you are also able to enjoy the facility of a beautiful garden that may be available in the complex itself. Further when you live above the street level you are not likely to be disturbed by noise. There is certainly more flexibility as you are not bound by hotel rules nor their schedules.

Living in a apartment hotel can be very advantageous for many reasons.
