KidzArt’s mission and mandate originated from the simple need to teach art in an environment where students feel safe, can learn, have fun, feel inspired, and remove the walls that they have built within themselves. This may seem like a tall order, but it’s what we achieve every day in our classrooms.
KidzArt provides a unique and calming environment filled with encouragement. The KidzArt classroom is competition-free, which gives the child space to think what he or she wants for him or herself rather than for others. Students receive the full-range of drawing instruction and techniques. KidzArt also gives children a strong foundation which will assist them in appreciating all forms of the visual arts. KidzArt also recognizes that each child is different and that every child’s individual style is welcomed and appreciated.
With so much on hand, it’s impossible for any child to feel that they have limits. KidzArt chose art as the best medium to help break down these barriers as it’s a lot of fun, and moreover anything is correct in Art class!
