Welcome To Living In Albuquerque
Albuquerque provides a unique nighttime cityscape for the people living there. Many building exteriors light up in lively colors. The city’s climate is usually sunny and dry, with low humidity. The Scandia Mountains are the major geographic highlight in Albuquerque. Much of the growth in the metropolitan area is happening outside of the City of Albuquerque itself due to cheaper land and lower taxes. There has been successful revitalization of downtown creating restaurants, office and residential lofts. Albuquerque lies at the center of the New Mexico Technology Corridor, a concentration of high-tech private companies and government institutions along the Rio Grande.
